The Karunya Plus lottery draw has been postponed to Friday due to unsold tickets

Thiruvananthapuram: The Karunya Plus (KN-610) lottery draw, which was scheduled for today, has been postponed to Friday, February 13 at 1:30 pm due to the nationwide 24-hour Bharat Bandh.

The Kerala State Lottery Protection Committee requested authorities to defer the draw, citing major disruptions in ticket sales and distribution caused by the strike. The decision was taken in accordance with Rule 8(6) of the Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 2005.

Ticket holders are advised to retain their tickets and check the official Kerala State Lotteries website or authorised channels for updated results after the rescheduled draw.

The Bharat Bandh, called by leading central trade unions to protest the Centre’s new labour codes and economic policies, has disrupted normal life in several states. Public transport, banking services, markets, and government offices have been affected in many regions, while essential services such as hospitals, emergency services, milk supply, and airport operations continue to function.
